Thoughts in the union

I wrote this a while ago, but these feelings are as ageless as existence, — or not for the few lucky ones.

Alone desolate, and with no one to relate,

I feel like a tree in an island in the pacific,

With no one in specific

To take me out of this sorrowful pit-hole; meaningless and horrific

Help me help me, but with no one to hear,

Save me save me, but with no one to cheer

It’s a tumultuous vortex of everything in despair

Crying as I sit in the midst of so many people in the union,

Even iron wonders how my eyes are tearing up like I’ve cut an onion

Ironic! it laughs, how can you be victim of your own mind

“ I am trying, after all, even I cannot see who I am,

So why are you asking you damning fiend!”
